We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent location right across the street from the train station. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We also appreciated the availability of a large parking lot, which was convenient for us as we drove. Additionally, the staff was very helpful, especially the member who spoke English. the hotel provided a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

The King suite we stayed in was unexpectedly large and the rates were reasonable. We loved the breakfast buffet and the coin-operated laundry in the parking garage. The hotel also provided helpful tourist information. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Kakegawa.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel located right across the street from the train station. The convenience of being able to walk to and from the hotel made my stay extremely pleasant. The staff were very helpful and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were taken care of. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator for my convenience. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi, which was a great added bonus. Additionally, the on-site restaurant and bar provided a fantastic dining experience, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. I was truly impressed with the service and amenities provided at this hotel.

Conveniently located near a major transportation hub and easy to navigate to surrounding attractions from there. Rooms were reasonably clean and had all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the Japanese style business hotel atmosphere.

The hotel's age was slightly noticeable, and the rooms would have benefitted from modern updates and brighter lighting. Nearby restaurants were scarce and required a bit of a walk in less than desirable weather conditions.

We had an amazing new year experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They offered complimentary champagne and traditional Japanese snacks for the celebration. The location was perfect as it was just a few steps away from the train station and a beautiful castle. The room was very spacious and clean, and we loved the comfortable bed. One of the best aspects was the delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options to choose from.

We were disappointed by the lack of facilities such as a fitness center or pool. The elevator was a bit slow, but not a major issue.
